With static pile load tests up to 2,000 tons, pile tension tests, dynamic pile testing (PDA), pile integrity (PIT) and cross-hole sonic logging (CSL), we verify on site that your piles meet the design.

What services does Zemin Araştırma Merkezi provide?

We deliver everything from investigation to construction and testing as a single contractor.
Where do you work?
Our crews are based in Istanbul and work anywhere in Turkey. We have also delivered projects abroad, including in Georgia, Syria and Cameroon.
When should a site investigation be carried out?
A site investigation should be carried out before the structural design is prepared. The foundation type, the need for piles or ground improvement, and the excavation support solution are all decided on the basis of its results.
Bored piles or jet grouting?
A bored pile is a foundation element that transfers the structural load to a competent layer. Jet grouting strengthens the soil itself with cement, increasing bearing capacity and reducing settlement and liquefaction risk. Which one suits your project is decided by the site investigation and geotechnical design.
What is your pile load test capacity?
We carry out static pile load tests up to 2,000 tons. For faster and more economical capacity checks we also offer dynamic pile testing (PDA), plate load tests on pile heads and pile integrity tests.
Where are laboratory tests carried out?
We take the samples on site. Laboratory tests such as Proctor and laboratory CBR are carried out at accredited laboratories, and the results are reported together with the in-situ tests.
Can you work with international contractors and in English?
Yes. We work with international contractors and consultants, and can prepare quotes, correspondence and test reports in English.
